Located on the first floor of the Wood building at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓÆµ, the Genomics Core Facility offers its services and expertise to all investigators at CWRU, its partnering institutions as well as non-affiliated institutions and businesses. It offers state-of-the-art genomic services including Illumina next-generation sequencing, DNA and RNA quality assessment, DNA and RNA library generation, and Illumina BeadArray methylation and genotyping analysis. The core operates the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus, NextSeq 550, and the MiSeq platforms for all NGS work. The sequencing effort is supported by an Illumina Pipeline Server and a suite of additional software programs for data analysis. The Genomics Core is a centralized resource for advanced genomics analysis for both novice and experienced users alike. To accomplish this, staff provide guidance in all facets of experimentation from design to data analysis. They strive to service the research community in a cost-effective and efficient manner to enable them to conduct the best research possible.
