Soft Matter Characterization Laboratory is hosted by the Department of Macromolecular Science and Engineering at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ. The instruments include thermal analysis (DSC, TGA, DMA, rheometer), molecular weight characterization (GPC), scanning electron and atomic force microscopy (SEM and AFM), and X-ray diffraction (WAXD and SAXS). These instruments are managed by two technical staff and a number of graduate students and postdocs.
