Employee Supervision Certificate

Supervision is a complex combination of soft and hard skills that spans from working with executives to individual contributors. ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ sees supervisor learning and development as a way to continue the excellence of the university at every organizational level. In an ever-changing workplace, supervisors are critical to forming the culture that steers the performance and well-being of an organization.
