Reserve a Room at Kelvin Smith Library

KSL offers a variety of spaces to meet different needs. Study spaces are available for CWRU students, while classrooms can be reserved by faculty, staff, or graduate students teaching classes. Reservations may be made for immediate use or scheduled in advance. 

Below is a list of available spaces. Select a room's name to book it through the Spartan Reservation System.

Available to CWRU students.

Individual Quiet Study Rooms

Location: 3rd Floor

Capacity: 1 person

Features: Desk, chair, white board and power outlet

Please Note: These rooms are located in quiet study areas but are not soundproof. Headphones may be required.

Single Study Room

Collaboration Rooms

Locations: Lower Level, 1st Floor, 3rd Floor

Capacity: Up to 8 people

Features: Monitor, connection panel (HDMI, VGA, and composite ports), table with 4–8 chairs

Available to CWRU Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students teaching classes.

Locations: Lower Level and 2nd Floor

Capacities: Room 215: 26 people; LL06 A, B–C, or A–C: 16, 32, and 60 people

Features: Interactive monitors with computer connections, projectors,  webcams, and flexible furniture.

Equipment: Laptop carts available upon request.
